The FEC will hold an in-person training event for candidate committees and political party committees at its Washington, DC headquarters on Wednesday, October 25.

This event is designed for federal candidates and their campaign committees, as well as those who work with political party committees. FEC Commissioners and staff will host a day of interactive workshops on the campaign finance rules that pertain to these types of committees, take your questions, and provide updates on recent developments in campaign finance law.

The seminar kicks off with a Basics for Beginners session, starting at 9:15 a.m. Eastern Time. Those with more experience may choose to skip the Basics presentation and register for the Operations and Recent Developments workshops only, which begin at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.

This event will also be available to online participants via Zoom. Candidate and party attendees will attend Basics and Recent Developments together, but will break out into separate Committee Operations workshops.
